For someone like me who does not necessarily enjoy going to the dentist, my experience with Dr. Minawi changed my attitude towards dental visits.She's very friendly and professional, kind and caring, which are things that every patient looks for in a dentist.She explains things very well and in a simple way that is easily understood. I am very thrilled to be Dr. Minawi's patient and would recommend her to anyone looking for a dentist.

Dr. Minawi is the best dentist I’ve ever had! She’s confident while delivering her knowledge and expertise which made me feel comfortable and in great hands. I came in with many dental concerns that Dr. Minawi was able to detect and address right away. She is very thorough and asked lots of questions to get a better understanding of the patient-care I needed. I’m so glad I found her, I’ll never need to look for another dentist again.

I had a tooth extracted a Couple weeks ago , I was very impressed with Dr. David and April his assistant . They were very professional and also caring I was impressed with Dr Davids technique when extracting my tooth , he was very patient , Aprils voice helped me to relax and made the whole experience very comforting . Excellent experience with Dr. Minawi! I had a tooth break under a filling I had done at a different clinic—Dr. Minawi not only fixed my broken tooth, but took the time to create an action plan for us to work through. She explained everything I needed to get done in detail, walking me through the x-rays of a few other issues I need to get sorted. Everything is directly billed, clearly communicated, and done with respect to the clients budget—honestly, there’s no pressure, and their direct text communication is very personable.No chance I’m leaving this place, and I’ll be sure to pull the rest of my family into the Dentistry at Waterview—and to see Dr. Minawi too!

We love Dentistry at Waterview! Dr.Hamamy is the nicest and most gentle dentist we have ever had. His team are all wonderful too, and he is a man with a lot of integrity, and a good sense of humour when you need it. He never tries to push you into doing anything, and does his very best to help you as his patients. We feel so fortunate to call Dr. Hamamy our dentist, and there’s many dentists, but not all are as great as he is. Thanks Dr. Hamamy for everything you do to make our experiences a pleasure in your office.

My first visit to Dentistry at Waterview was an excellent experience.Prior to my appointment, I received forms from Jasmine; who was very helpful and pleasant to deal with.When I arrived for my appointment, the receptionist Nadia was very warm and welcoming.I was also very impressed with the thoroughness of my exam by Dr. David. I have never experienced such an in depth exam by any dentist and he took his time and answered any questions I had.The hygienist Stephanie is so thorough and knowledgeable that I have followed her through most of her career. Steph is also very gentle and her sweet pleasant personality makes the cleaning a much more pleasurable experience.

Love this dentist and the entire office! If I could be happy after 30 years of being away due to feeling terrified of dentists, then anyone can!From the convenient ways to communicate with them (phone AND texting), to the friendly and welcoming front desk staff (thank you Nadia!), to the calming dental hygienist (you got me through my first cleaning in 30 years, Stephanie!) and dental assistants (kept me laughing and warm - thank you for the blankets, Yina and Isabelle!) to the lovely office manager (you rock, Jasmin!) who took care of all of the paperwork and benefits submissions…. all of my visits have been pretty much worry free. It’s altogether a great ethos at “The Happy Dentist Office”!I highly recommend!

My hygienist Stephanie, did an excellent job in cleaning my teeth today she has done the same on each of my previous visits. I wanted to thank Dr. David for seeing me at such a last minute to treat an emergency, I had cracked a tooth unexpectedly and Dr. David was able to get me into his schedule same day and provided me with the necessary treatment! A week later I had come back and saw Stephanie for my cleaning, she was so caring and gentle! Dr. Hamamy came in for my check up and and while he was checking he took the time to explain to me everything he noticed very thoroughly and professionally!
